Change Roles

To access Changes, you need to be associated with any of the change rolesThe change module displays only change requests you are associated with. The following are some of the change roles:


 

Roles

Responsibilities

Change Requester

Initiates change request.

CAB (Change Advisory Board) Member

Convene the board to assess and make approval decisions for change request.

Change Approver

Makes approval decision for a change request.

Implementer

Takes responsibility of deploying the change on production environment and communicates downtime to the team in advance.

Line Manager

Holds accountability for navigating the change through its life cycle.

UAT Owner

Takes ownership of User Acceptance Testing of the deliverable.

Reviewer

Reviews the entire process to make sure that standardized procedures have been followed and the change has resulted in predetermined business impact.

 


Besides the above roles, admins can create any custom change roles and assign to users.
