Communicate with the Technician

You can communicate with the technician via email regarding your request. To contact your technician,

  • Go to the Conversation tab in the details page or click on the request view page.

  • Click Reply or on the email conversation bar.

  • Edit the Subject of the request, if required.

  • Enter your reply in the Description text box.

  • Click the attach file icon to add attachments to the mail.

  • Click Add Conversation to send the reply as an email to the technician.


Additionally you can also include small pieces of information as notes to your request,
  • Click Add Notes on the request details page. Alternatively, you can go to Actions > Add Notes.

  • Enter the content in the text box displayed and click Save.

  • If the request is assigned to a technician, you will be able to email the technician notifying them about the notes added.
