ESM Portal

ESM Portal

After you sign into ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, you will be directed to the ESM portal page.

The ESM portal is a central console that lists the service desk instances that are accessible to you. Select the instance where you need help.

On the ESM portal page, go to Options. The search bar allows you to look for announcements, solutions, and request templates, across instances.

Use the  icon to mark your default instance for easy access during subsequent logins . If you are an Organization Admin, you can access ESM Directory from the ESM Portal page. Refer the ESM Directory folder to learn more.
