Chat with Technicians
You can chat with technicians in real time, communicate your issues, and get instant solutions. You can find the Live Chat icon on the footer of the application.
Ask Zia
Zia is our AI assistant and is available as a virtual conversational support agent. You can find Ask Zia on the footer. Using Zia you can log a request, add a task, update a note, approve requests, or get instant reports. Zia can also answer direct questions and fetch information from the application's database. Users can interact with Zia through web chat, mobile chat, and voice chat.
Zia will be available only when the application's language is set to English. If the application language is changed to non-English languages, Zia will be disabled automatically and the icon will not be available in UI.
To chat with Zia, click
Ask Zia. Type in your questions in the search bar or click
and choose from the preconfigured actions. SDAdmin have permissions to configure an action. To end the conversation, type
Stop and click
Enter.
When Zia is unable to find a solution, you can either raise a request or chat with a technician.
The Chat with a technician option is available only when live chat is enabled.
