Self-Service Portal

On the Self-Service Portal, you can raise requests, view solutions, and access other modules.

Home Page 
After you select a portal, you will be taken to the Home page of your service desk. The Home page contains an overview of your service desk data and offers direct links for various operations. 



Depending on portal configurations and your role-specific permissions, you may have access to some or all of the following widgets:
  1. Search
  2. Requests Widgets
  3. Solutions Widget
  4. My Summary
  5. Announcements
  6. My Assets
  7. Most Used Service templates
  8. Header
  9. Navigation Pane
  10. Footer
To change your portal, use the Instances icon on the navigation menu.


Executive Dashboard

Executive dashboard is exclusively shared with select users and user groups. An executive dashboard contains only request widgets and URL widgets.

 

  • You can view executive dashboards under the Dashboard tab if at least one executive dashboard is shared with you.

 

  

  • The Site and Group filters will be available in the executive dashboard, if you have the required permissions to view all requests.
