Log in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

To log in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, you must be invited by your organization's administrator.

Check your email for the invitation and accept it. You will be immediately redirected to the login page. Make sure you are using a compatible browser.

During subsequent logins, you can use the default URL or the custom URL of your organization portal to access the login page.

ServiceDesk Plus Cloud uses Zoho credentials as the default authentication method.

When your administrator enables login permissions, an invitation to create a Zoho account will be sent to your email address. You can create a Zoho account and use the credentials to log in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
Users with an existing Zoho account can use the same credentials to access ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. 
You can also use third-party accounts such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, or LinkedIn to sign in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.



Compatible Browsers 

You can access ServiceDesk Plus Cloud through one of the following browsers:
  • Google Chrome version 75+

  • Mozilla Firefox version 67+

  • Microsoft Edge version 79+

If your admin has SSO, you will be able to sign in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud instantly.


If you are unable to log in, contact your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud administrator.
