Monitor Request Details

On clicking a request from the list view or template view, you will be redirected to the request details page. You can track the details of each request from this page.

The request details page contains the following tabs:

Conversations: Records emails, notifications, notes, and conversation threads for the request. You can filter conversations by selecting the options (Emails, Auto Notifications, and Notes) displayed. Learn more.

Details: View the complete details of the request.

Resolution: Documents information on how the request was resolved, for future references. You can also view the resolutions from the Solutions tab.

Reminders: Add reminders to follow-up on the request. You can also edit or delete your reminders. To view all your reminders, go to Quick Actions > My Reminders.
 If you are unable to view the Reminders tab, contact your administrator.  

Approvals: View the approval status of your request.
If you are unable to view the Approvals tab in service requests, contact your administrator.

History: View the request history from the time of request creation.



Apart from the tabs, a summary of the request details can be viewed on the right panel.
