Notifications

Any update or announcement will be informed to you as pop-up notifications on the bottom-left corner of the screen.

You can also access all your notifications from the notification pane. Use the   icon on the application header to access the notification pane. The notifications are displayed along with their date and time, with the most recent notifications on the top. You can also search for notifications using keywords from the search bar.

Unread notifications are indicated with a badge indicating the number of unread notifications on the notification icon . On accessing the notifications pane, the unread notifications are displayed in bold with a blue dot.

You can mark all notifications as read or delete notifications by hovering over the icon and selecting the corresponding option.

To delete an individual notification, mouse over the notification and click the icon.

To view the summary of an entity associated with the notification, click the notification card. To go to the details page of the entity, hover over the notification card and click .

Click the subject of a notification to view its details. The summary will be displayed as a pop-up. To go to the details page of the entity, use the icon on the summary pop-up window or on the notification.

For notifications from requests, the summary will be displayed as a side pane. You can navigate to the details page by clicking the icon on the summary pop-up window or on the notification itself.

You can enable Do not disturb to prevent pop-up notifications from appearing on the bottom-left corner. All notifications can still be accessed from the notification pane.
