Read Knowledge Base Articles


On the solutions list view, click to open a solution.


The solution details page is divided into two columns:
  • The main, left column contains all the solution details, including the topic, sub-topic, content, comments, keywords, and history.

  • The right panel highlights certain information about the solution such as the ID, status, created by, last updated by, review date, expiry date, number of views, accessibility, attachment preview and download options, linked solutions, and more.

 

Like/Dislike Solution

After you check the solution, you can either Like or Dislike it. 

 

 

Share Solution

Click Forward to share the solution articles. Alternatively, you can perform this action by using Actions.

 

Add Comment

Leave your feedback if any in the Comments section. Your feedback will help the service desk technicians continuously improve the knowledge base.

 

 

 

Keyword

Gives you insight on the keyword strategy used across the knowledge base.

 

 

History

Captures all actions performed on a solution from the time of its creation.

 

View Author Details

You can view the author of the solution from the right panel.

 

View Linked Solution

If you don't get the answer you are looking for, make sure to check out the linked solutions. On the right panel, click the required solution under Linked Solutions. This will open a preview from where you can go to the details page for complete details.
