Search from the home page is a faster way of accessing solutions. The search bar allows you to look for articles from various modules, including Solutions. You can preview the articles by simply clicking them. Click Pop Out  to open the article.

You can use Global Search to search knowledge base articles. Click on the header and choose Solutions. Narrow down your search results by topic, sub-topic, created date, or last updated date.

Besides using the search options, you can navigate to Solutions and access the solution articles from the left pane. The left pane contains solution topics, sub-topics, and articles, neatly organized into a table of contents. The count of each nested item, be it a sub-topic or article, will be displayed beside the item. You can expand the contents on demand or all at once and collapse them as required.

You also have options to search the solution articles across the instances. On the ESM portal page, go to Options. The search bar allows you to look for solutions across instances.
