Track Change Events

Conversations

On the left panel, click Conversations to track emails, system notifications, and notes. You can also send notifications and update notes from here. Alternatively, you can use the Actions menu to perform these actions.

 

 

 

Tasks

The tasks from each stage are collated under Tasks on the left panel. Besides viewing a task, you can add a new task, delete, close, trigger, pick up or assign an owner to it. Based on your roles and permissions, you can also edit the tasks.

 

 


Reminders

Under Reminders, you can add, edit, and delete the reminders. You can also modify the status of the reminder.

 

 

Worklogs

Under Worklogs, you can record the work hours of technicians associated with the change.

 

 

Alternatively, you can add reminders and worklogs via Actions.

 

Approvals

The approvals in all stages are collated under Approvals on the left panel. You can view and manage the approvals from here. Alternatively, click on the top-right corner of the menu bar to view the approvals. You can also view stage-wise change approval by navigating to the Approvals tab in the corresponding stage.

 

 

History

You can view all change-related activities under History and filter out the logs by time frames, operations, and fields.
