Track Release Events

Conversations

On the left panel, click Conversations to view all notifications, emails, and notes added to the release request. You can also send notifications and update notes from here. Alternatively, you can use Actions to add notes and send notifications.

Tasks

The tasks from each stage are collated under Tasks on the left panel. Besides viewing the tasks, you can add a new task, delete, close, trigger, pick up or assign an owner to it. Based on your roles and permissions, you can also edit the tasks.

 

 

Reminders

Under Reminders, you can add, edit, and delete the reminders. You can also modify the status of the reminder.
 

 

Worklogs

Under Worklogs, you can record the work hours of the technicians associated with the release.
 

 

Alternatively, you can add reminders and worklog via Actions.
 



Approvals

The approvals in all stages are collated under Approvals on the left panel. You can manage the approvals from here. Alternatively, click on the menu bar to view the list of approvals awaiting your action and take approval actions instantly. You can also view stage-wise approval by navigating to the Approvals tab in the corresponding stage.

 

 

History

You can view all the release-related activities under History and filter out the logs by time frames, operations, and fields.
