View Knowledge Base

On the displayed page, you can choose a view from the following options:

  1. List View - A compact view that lists details of each solution article in organized columns.
  2. Template View - An extensive view where vital information of the solution articles is summarized in fixed columns.

When you are on the list or template view,
  1. click  to choose and arrange the solution fields that you need on display.
  • Click Table Settings  on the upper-right of the page to specify the number of records to be displayed per page and sort the data by column.

  • On the solutions list view, click to perform column search.

  • On the solutions template view, click  to narrow down your search by various solution fields.

  • Use Actions  to forward a solution. Alternatively, you can forward a solution from the solution details view page.

  • Click to open the solutions.

  • To preview a solution article, click it.
