Color-Coding Changes

Color-Coding Changes

Change requests can be color-coded in list view and template view to identify and track them easily. The color coding you apply is specific to your login.

Color-coding is applied based on the view selected.
  1. In list view, you can apply row colors to all columns or specific columns.
  2. In template view, row colors are applied only to the check box column.
Color-coding is not applicable to Calendar View.

Configure Row Color Settings

Click the Row Color Settings icon on the top right corner of change list view or template view. In the Row Color Settings pop-up, you can:

  • Enable/disable row color settings. On enabling this option, row colors are applied only to list view.

  • Enable/disable row color settings for template view.

  • View the criteria based on which color-coding is applied. The color-coding interpretation for various criteria in each attribute is also displayed.

  • View the columns to which the color settings are applied.
