Change requests can be color-coded in list view and template view to identify and track them easily. The color coding you apply is specific to your login.
Click the Row Color Settings icon on the top right corner of change list view or template view. In the Row Color Settings pop-up, you can:
Enable/disable row color settings. On enabling this option, row colors are applied only to list view.
Enable/disable row color settings for template view.
View the criteria based on which color-coding is applied. The color-coding interpretation for various criteria in each attribute is also displayed.
View the columns to which the color settings are applied.
Field Name | Explanation |
Row color based on | Choose the attribute based on which you want to color-code change requests: Stage, Change Type, Workflow, Template, and Change Risk. |
Default Color | Select the default color to be applied for change requests that do not match the row color criteria. To apply distinct colors to highlight change requests,

Opacity | Select the opacity level of the colors using the slider as required. |
After configuring Color Settings, click Save. You can preview the color-coded requests instantly on the right side of the configuration space.
When colors are applied only for selected columns, the list view page will look as follows:
When colors are applied for all columns, the change request list view will look as follows:
In the change template view, the colors are applied only to the check box column, despite the columns selected in Applies to configuration.
